Wi-Fi keeps dropping and I can’t get through to anyone

Been trying to resolve issues with WiFi dropping out but the chatbot keeps sending me round in circles. “Can’t connect to your kit, chat to one of our friendly team” then sends me back round the same loop.

This is the log from the router. A quick google suggests a physical issue on the line but any insight welcome! Thanks

    If you could please post your downstream & upstream stats as well then we will have more idea what is going on.

    If you do speak to VM, please do not refer to it as a Wi-Fi problem. Wi-Fi is on the output side of the hub & can be affected by many issues, some outside of VMs control, whereas the issue you have looks to be with the incoming Broadband connection to the hub.
