Website blocked

Question

Hi, hopefully some can help us with this...

Our site scopay.com, seems to be being blocked by VM parental controls. When VM parental controls are enabled, DNS answers to scopay.com - 81.99.162.48. When disabling parental controls, the DNS resolves correctly

We have checked various scanning services (virustotal, opendns, fortiguard e.t.c) and none are showing an issue.

I have emailed websafefeedback to report a false positive, spoken to customer services and various people at VM; including the NOC, and no-one has been able to help.

Anyone have any experience of this and could provide me a contact or help resolving would be much appreciated. This is causing chaos for us with tens of thousands of parents unable to access their child's accounts.

Just disable parental controls permanently. They add very little other than blocking some gambling sites etc.

If you really do need some "parental controls" - above just talking to them... just get your own wireless router that has the specific controls you seek.

Be aware though.. there is very little any tech savvy teenager cant easily circumvent.

Sorry, for clarity... I work at the service provider, and its our site that is being blocked.

VM or AI...blocks stuff the only control we have is to not use VM DNS or when it works turn off web safe

Thanks, did this at 9:00 AM yesterday, got a reply this morning saying it had been sent to their third party content categorisation provider for resolution.I have been in communication with a Virgin Media employee (who has been great) on this forum who has been liaising internally, however, we are still in a situation 48 hours on that parents cannot access our services.We are pretty helpless here, being told to wait for some team to asses our site, in the meantime this is having big impact on parents and schools.&nbsp; No idea how many of our users are VM customers, but we have over 500k MAU's, so a significant amount, I would assume, are on VM.&nbsp; Obv's not feasible to ask them all to disable parental controls, nor would we want to given our users have small children.Frustrating to say the least, especially the opaqueness into how we made it on "the list", who runs "the list" and what the status of our request to get off "the list" is going.I look forward to trying to explain this in our RCA report!
