VM Hub in modem mode has CMTS mac that belongs to the FBI????!

So as the title says. I've got a CMTS mac of 

00:01:5c:83:xx:xx
 
which according to a whois belongs to the FBI? is this right?

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with this error. Please can you try a 60-second pin hole reset on the router This will revert any customisations back to factory settings and fully update the router with firmware/software updates. Please do not reboot the router whilst it is completing the pin hole request.
