VM Hub 3 Stuck on Flashing Green Light

Our hub 3 is stuck on flashing green light for days now. It says acquired downstream channel (hz) update in progress. When I go to hub interface it says there is no RF connection. My wifi is active but there is no internet. Tried hard resetting but it didn't work. All my cables are in place and fitted tight. 

Diagnostic tool doesn't work and there is no maintenance in my post code. Earliest available booking for a MD technician is next week. I'm all out of ideas.

    Try calling the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level

    If nothing is reported there - come back here
