VM Connect issues.

Up until about 2 hours ago (8pm 2/8/25) I had had no issues with using VM Connect, now I can't get the damn app to recognise my details.

I have recently been on the receiving end of someone attempting to access my WiFi, and thought I would check if they had tried today. Now I am unable to access VM Connect or Virgin on the Go.

Removing the apps on my phone and then re-installing them has absolutely no effect.

Have any other VM customers experienced this denial of service regards these two apps?

How can I fix this error and keep tabs on who is attempting to hijack my WiFi?

Thanks in advance for any assistance

The only way a person can access your Wi-Fi is if they have been given the password.

The VM Hubs do not keep logs of failed attempts to connect, so I'm unclear what you are expecting to see.

  • Hello Bryzza,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your Virgin TV GO.

Are you able to login to your online account?

    Kind Regards,
