VM Connect help

Hi all,

I received a replacement Hub 5 today after the previous one was ‘fried’ in a recent storm.

Happy to have my wifi back, however, I can’t seem to get the VM Connect app to recognise the new Hub.

I had no issues when switching from a Hub 3 to a Hub 5 previously, so no idea why I’m having an issue now.

Any thoughts, suggestions or fixes would be very much appreciated!

    First, Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (follow options) and check with them to "re-pair the Pods onto you account with the new router.

    . You will need to hand, the Model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of ALL pieces of kit and also your account number
