VM Connect App not working

I can't gain access to the VM Connect app. I've tried all other suggestions online, reset hub 5, clear app cache & data, unitalled the app etc. I have a Hub 5 and currently kids dont have access as their devices are paused on the app.

    Login to the Hub 5 via http://192.168.0.1/ and remove the Wi-Fi Pausing entries and MAC Filtering entries using the Hub 5 admin menus.

    Failing this press & hold RESET on the rear of the hub for 60 seconds,
    then leave the Hub 5 powered on to revert the to factory settings & passwords printed on the bottom side label. All paused devices will be cleared after a factory reset.

  • I had the same problem earlier this morning but it cleared up on its own!
