VM Connect App error

The connect app isn’t allowing me to connect to the hub, I can sign in via biometrics and then it comes up with a white screen and two circling dots, quickly changing to error we could t connect you to the server please try again in a moment. Despite multiple attempts this isn’t working. I have read a few other posts and cleared the data for the app and safari. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. I don’t use a vpn and don’t have private relay on HELP. I use this to assist I. Managing my sons access as he has autism and the WiFi cutting off works better than the confrontation over the devices at times.

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with the Connect App. 

    Please, can you try a 60-second pinhole reset on the router? This will revert any customisations back to factory settings and fully update the router with firmware/software updates. Please do not reboot the router whilst it is completing the pin hole request.
    If you're also able to, can you see if the Connect App works when installed on another device?
