Vm cannot find modem 5 .

App cannot find modem 5 . Was working fine until modem upgrade last week

    The VM Connect app will usually work again after a week or so when VM's back office systems have caught up with the change of Hub.    Don't be tempted to reboot the Hub 5 that is not a fix.

    In the mean time manage the Hub 5 at : http://192.168.0.1/ 

  • A week or so is not good enough when you are paying for a service.  Can I pay a few months later when I feel like it ?
