VM booster stopped working

Hi. I have a pair of virgin supplied power line boosters pg9072lg. Signal has been fine for ages but recently stopped. Have gone through set up and re pairing to no avail. Noticed the white power light is not on on the booster nearest the hub which suggests no power although it shows red when setting up and it is warm. Any suggestions please?

    Its probably end of life, they are getting on now

  • They have proven to be a fire risk (search for "smoke" and "fire" on here). VM refuse to do the right thing and recall them. Dispose.

      Hi Travis_M. You were initially very helpful in PM and following the info I provided and tests completed, said you would replace my faulty Virgin supplied booster. I have not received the pods you promised and you are no longer responding to my PM’s. This is very disappointing and my initial great impression of Support has diminished considerably.
