Virgin Media Sent Another Returns Pack for Already Returned Equipment
I got home from work today to find that Virgin Media has sent me another returns pack for the Hub 3—even though I already returned the equipment on Friday, 28th March 2025 via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.
The tracking history confirms that the Hub 3 was delivered and signed for on Monday, 31st March 2025.
Tracking Number: SP029691789GB (this serves as my proof of postage).
I’m now wondering—has anyone else experienced this? Do I need to contact Virgin Media, or will they eventually update their system?
