Virgin Media Blocking VPN Websites?

I was wondering if Virgin Media are owned by the CCP as whenever I try to search up a VPN provider and access the site, it is blocked and will not load, however on different providers and mobile data it is perfectly fine. Quite frankly it's ridiculous
