I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your hub connecting to your Connect App, have you tried to remove and re-install the app as well as rebooting your hub since the issues started? What are you trying to do via the app, we can see if there is another way to do whatever it is you're trying to do.Kind Regards,

"not at home"
This is usually caused by a active VPN / Apple Relay / Android DNS changer, make sure they are all disabled.
