TV360 with AdGuard DNS / VPN

Hi,
As many do I recently put my Hub5 into Modem Mode after purchasing my own router.
GLiNet GL-MT6000 (Flint 2 running v4.8.3)  -  Openwrt-21.02

This router allows me to run AdGuard and OpenVPN.
I have excluded the TV360 box from the VPN and tried to exclude it from the AdGuard DNS but still it is not fully working.
No thumbnails in recordings, broken images and messages for TV, Movies, Apps, etc.

Does anyone have experience with running a VM router in Modem Mode while still using a TV box?
Does anyone know if Virgin uses a specific DNS for its TV service?
Should the LAN cable that is attached to the TV cable be connected to the Virgin router or my own router, or neither?

Thank you

TV360 DNS servers from Settings >  System > Diagnostics

I have a V6 not a TV360, but I have never used VM DNS servers. I use Cloudflare encrypted servers, HTTPS (DoH) and CyberSecure Enhanced by Proofpoint and Cloudflare with no problems at all.

The 360 must run on VM's network with a direct, unmodified LAN path for guaranteed performance. You should therefore create a separate SSID/VLAN for the filtered devices.

    Hub 5 (modem mode)
            ↓
    GL‑iNet Flint 2 (OpenWrt)
            ├── VLAN 10 → “Clean LAN” → TV 360 box
└── VLAN 20 → “Filtered LAN” → Everything else (AdGuard, VPN, etc.)

Thank you for the info, that helped.

The TV360 cable that splits to ethernet (Lan5 on router) and fibre/coax (tv box).
Put Lan5 onto its own subnet separated from the other LAN traffic.

To complicate things further I am using AdGuard and WireGuard, two of the main reasons for getting this router.
WireGuard  - excluded the subnet from the VPN (e.g 192.168.5.0/24). Set the TV360 box to static IP and excluded that too.

AdGuard  -  DNS is processing 'epg-prod-gb.gnp.cloud.virgintvgo.virginmedia.com' but I would expect that, just the guide. Using: 94.140.14.14, 94.140.15.15. 208.67.222.123
I also created AdGuard device profiles for the MAC address of the TV box and then apply customer DNS of: 194.168.4.100, 194.168.8.100, 8.8.8.8

      Still getting service suspended.

        Its WireGuard / VPN...
Works when AdGuard and WireGuard off.  Also works with just AdGuard.
        also works when no internet.

        EDIT:
As soon as i added the VPN filter correctly it works.  Think i need a rest, dangerous when tired!

Some images for the other parts in case someone else hits this problem.
