Hi,
so I have a Sony Bravia TV which is connected to our virgin hub, but can’t seem to get the internet to work on there.
I don’t believe it’s a device issue because if I connect it to my mobile data hotspot, it’s totally fine and works. No other devices are having this issue in the house.
Have tried all the usual troubleshooting stuff for the TV, but issue still remains.
Any ideas? Thank you.
Has it ever worked? Have you had a new hub?
It worked fine before, yeah. But it seems unplugging the virgin booster box, and allowing the TV to connect to the main router, means it works fine.
But as soon you as plug in the booster box, and I assume the TV is automatically connecting to that, it stops working.
I think you need to call VM to pair your pod to the hub. Once it's done your TV should work with the pod.
It's already paired with the hub though, as other devices connect to that booster and can use the internet without issue. For some reason there is just an issue with that TV when connected to the booster.
