"TP Link booster installed and a new network was created. "
Wat is the model number? Did you purchase it? Have you read the instructions for it? Extenders should not create another network. Do you mean a separate WiFi SSID? - roodlesDialled in
There are many questions here!
Are you using different SSIDs? Is this an access point or a "repeater"? Do you have DHCP disabled on the TP link?
If you turn the TP link off, does it all return to normal? - Client62Alessandro Volta
If this is a TP Link Wireless booster that is connected to the Hub via Wi-Fi, make sure it is not also connected to the Hub by a network cable. Double connections to the Hub would create a network loop that would result in a traffic flood & very poor to unusable performance.
