Total broadband and TV Blackout

Since May your service has been unreliable, with a full outage since Sun 10 Aug. Updates keep delaying the fix.

I have just come off of the phone from your team and have called 7 times in the last 3 months. Each time with a more serious issue.

As someone with mental health & mobility issues, this has caused serious harm. I expect immediate resolution. My health cannot cope with any more stress you are causing

We do apologise for the issues that you and other customers are facing in your area with an outage, our team are working on getting this resolved ASAP, unfortunately there can be situations beyond our control that can prolong the repair longer than we would like.

    We can see an estimated fix date of 22nd August at 3pm, with the issue being related to a Signal Noise Ratio (SNR) can prove to be more tricky than others as this is an issue that is not fixed in one position due to being network related. We assure you that we are working on getting this resolved for you.
