Why exactly do you want to do that ?

I want to limit my teens access. They are very clever and have vpns on all devices. Presently we just have to plug out the hub. There must be another way ?

If they are clever and use VPN's, I suspect they will just use the mobile data signal as noted by Client62 Apart from having a talk with said teens, there is really not much you can do other than take away the devices.? Or move house to an area with no mobile signal ? But seriously, there are no "normal" options that I can see.

Just turn off the VM Hub and the internet will be off.
But do realise every kid in the house will switch to mobile data.- AdduxiVery Insightful Person
or quite possibly turn the Hub back on … What about a faraday cage around the house 😉

Anti Social media has created a whole world of people that are never present in the room, parents need to tackle this head on before they find out their kids are present in the classroom but engaged with everything but lessons.
I am afraid this problem exists into junior levels of the office, 20 some-things looked quite shocked when we (a multinational bank) had a crack down on use of social media during meetings. Frankly the person may as well be watching Industry in the meeting for all the attention the agenda of the day was receiving.- AdduxiVery Insightful Person
Give them all 3310's I say ! ..... 😉

The only satisfactory control is a physical control of the devices. Are you feeling brave?
