The connection has timed out

Hi would like some help in regards cannot access my personal website (all websites on my server)

I have taken every step, unblocking the IP, flush dns and all sorts. Calling VM does not help as they dont know what they are talking about. I am happy with the internet but this is annoying. My server people have unblocked my IP but i still cannot view my website when im on WIFI but can access it on my phone data. can someone from VM Help?

I have reset the router many times, and did everything i can. Can i change my dns or ip address to soemthing else or can VM do this for me?

    "Can i change my dns or ip address to soemthing else or can VM do this for me?" neither you nor VM can change the DNS servers specified in the hub. What you can do is put a different DNS server in the device that is accessing the hub. Very easy to do on Apple devices, don’t know about others.

    Switching to a Public DNS is easy in Windows and also in Android.

    Note: DOCSIS Hub 5 performs DNS query interception when Smart Security is enabled in the Connect app.
