T3 drop outs

My connection goes down for hours for T3 faults with light on hub staying solid green. But I have figured out if I remove the coax cable from hub and reconnect it I get my connection back.

My upstream power is 57 dBmV and I only have one upstream channel bonded. There's clearly a serious upstream signal issue.

My upstream returned to normal temporarily, but the issue keeps recurring every 12–24 hours. I suspect a fluctuating line condition or intermittent cabinet fault

  • Just happened again with the following in network log....

    Critical. Unicast Ranging Received Abort Response initializing

    Critical. No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-

    Critical. Unicast Maintenance Ranging attempted - No response Retries exhausted;CM

    Had to take coax cable out and reconnect
