Subnet Mask

Hi all

Am due a hub 5 as part of my gig1 installation.

Struggling to find a decent, detailed guide to the hub (other than generic quickstart guides).

Am i able to configure the subnet mask on this router so it can see my network which is a /16?

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

    We're only able to help with the basic things via the Community. If you're looking at making changes to the hub to use with third party equipment, we can only advise on the settings to set the hub into modem mode. 

    The community here do have a wealth of knowledge though so may be able to offer further advice 😊

      Network is temporarily back to a /24 ahead of install. May start tweaking once we're up and running.
