Stop service texts
Our service went down a couple of weeks ago and so I asked for updates via text. Since then I am getting inundated with service texts every day! How do I make this stop?

I am also experiencing the same issue of multiple texts a day after signing up for updates a couple of weeks ago, today so far I've had 10 and its only 2:44pm. How do I stop these text messages? I've tried replying "STOP", I've blocked the number, I have no option on my online account (that I can see) to undubscribe from the updates... Help!

Sorry to hear of your concern with the text that you're receiving. Are you still receiving these after you've blocked the number? Are they coming from different numbers?
Are you still having any service issues at all on your side, that the texts are updating you on?
