Status page telling me I have an issue when all is ok

Does anyone know if there are glitches with the status page as mine keeps telling me I have an issue with tv and if I click on it it will say we need to send an engineer to fix issue or there is an intermittent signal it cannot make its mind up however everything is working okay and I we told this last week when I kept ringing virgin and talking to different people and last Thursday I got a call in the afternoon to say everything was fine with my equipment so I have not rung again. I have a 360 box for four weeks now it did have to be changed as there was an issue with the tv guide which was solved I but that is all and living alone I think I am a bit paranoid I think I am going to stop looking at the page

    If you are not experiencing any problems, stop looking at the service status page and don't worry about it.

    If you do notice any problems when using the VM equipment, the automated service status number 0800 561 0061 may provide info that is more relevant to your specific area. AIUI, the service status web page generally reports more widespread issues.

      Thank you for prompt response I must stop worrying I am my own worst enemy!!!!!!! and I will try not too look at the page either
