Stats check - cable damaged
Hello community 👋.
Been a Virgin customer for over 10 years now and have thankfully had very few issues. Recently we had some work done in the garden which resulted in my Virgin cable that runs through the said garden getting damaged.
Copper was showing but repaired using electrical tape as a temporary measure, thing is my connection still seems as good as it was before. Is it still worth getting an engineer visit to sort it properly?
