Sorry to hear of the connection issues experienced, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.
From checking the connection and equipment the levels look to be within the spec's we'd expect to see. How often do you experience the issues with the speeds? Does it impact all devices either wired or wireless?
Do other's in the area experience the same issues at the same time indicating a area problem as opposed to localised to yourself?
