Solid RED light on hub3
Like many other posters, I have had a solid orange light on my hub 3 but this has now changed to a solid red light. As I understand, this needs attention, I cannot live without my internet.
I have tried the pinhole reset and the off/on reset, all to no avail. Virgin have also tried a remote reset which failed after 2 mins.
Hub feels hot to the touch.
Need some help here Virgin, please.
