Solid red light on hub
Hi,
I have tried a numerous of times to contact someone via phone but are not helpful at all. My broadband router/hub has had a solid red light for about 2 months now. I have tried everything like resetting the router via the reset button for 30 seconds and it’s still a solid red light.
Is there anyone on here who can help. I have read that it could be an issue with the hub overheating and needs replacing.
