Slow speeds

Tried calling VM multiple times, just get automated message and then hang up after saying they checked my internet. My speeds are very slow and I can't even talk to anyone to resolve this.

 

It's disgusting that VM have this level of customer support. I need this sorting.

    We're sorry to hear about the slow speeds.

    Can we ask a few questions first to get some more information?

    Does this happen on both wired and wireless devices?

    Do you have any 3rd devices plugged in? like a booster or router.

    Are you running a VPN?

    What speeds did you get from the speed test site Tudor advised?

    Do any of the tips here help at all?
