Slow connection speed

Has anyone had the attached, I just can’t get internet unless I reset the router an then I will get internet for a couple of minutes and then it will just go, and after it has cut off I go to the diagnostic on my virgin box and get that it is all connected and the connection speed is slow and I can’t use the internet at all on any device.

  • When I spoke with VM yesterday they said there wasn’t an outage but I was getting this message yesterday and today

    When you are aware of a VM service fault in your street,
    please state that in the first sentence of your post.

      But VM have told me there isn’t a fault in the area on the phone.

      I have done and I get this 

      And sometimes I can’t connect to the router, it will keep trying to connect but won’t connect and also sometimes says the password is wrong but I know it’s correct.

    No Internet Connection 

    Either : 

    1) a VM Service Fault - which you are well aware of for your street

    2)  Could it be A Hub 5 with recent Software: LG-RDK_11.6.2-2410.1 exhibiting frequent DHCP / Wi-Fi failures

      it was up and running again on Monday morning but the VM engineer come out and changed the hub5 as he thinks it was the new software update which some of the first gen hub5 are not liking as he said the signal was perfect to the hub, so all backup and running now.
