Since the Firmware Update

Since last weeks Update My main PC (Hardwired  Cat 7) I now suffer lags of anywhere between 10-15 seconds for my homepages to come up!

Since the T3 Time outs have crept in!

when trying to Browse on my  Mobile the lag is even worse!

(Not Connected do you wish to use mobile data) and if I try and do a Speed test  it will often report that I have no internet connection and the after 10 seconds it will start!

and the downstream Channel hopping or switching is increasing again

Come on Virgin sort this out

    Reads more like a service fault in the street than a firmware issue.

    We're sorry to hear you've been having issues with your connection. Checking things here, I can confirm there are no faults in the area affecting you. I can see quite a few disconnections logged on the hub up until Monday however since then all looks to be good from this end. 

    Your downstream and upstream power levels are spot on too. How have things been since posting? Have you noticed an improvement or still having the same faults?

    It has all settled except Xmas day I lost count of T3 errors! But those have also now gone
