Since the Firmware Update
Since last weeks Update My main PC (Hardwired Cat 7) I now suffer lags of anywhere between 10-15 seconds for my homepages to come up!
Since the T3 Time outs have crept in!
when trying to Browse on my Mobile the lag is even worse!
(Not Connected do you wish to use mobile data) and if I try and do a Speed test it will often report that I have no internet connection and the after 10 seconds it will start!
and the downstream Channel hopping or switching is increasing again
Come on Virgin sort this out
