Should I utilise a Hub5 or continue with my current setup

I currently have a Hub4 in modem mode and connected to that an Asus ZenWifi CT8 mesh system. From this I have several CCTV cameras, 2 x Xbox, a Windows server and several other devices (about 25 in total). I use fixed IP's, port forwarding etc.

I am getting a Hub5 shortly. The main benefit over my current setup is Wifi6 (the Asus CT8 only support Wifi5). Is it worth ditching the Asus and utilising the Hub5?

And if so what extender would people recommend as I know I will need it due to device locations (bottom of the garden).

Or maybe use the WiFi6 of the Hub5 on a separate wifi network with a different IP range?

Any advice greatly received.

    With the HUB 5 in modem mode you'll be limited to around 940Mbps due to the 1Gbps ethernet ports on your Asus.

    However, if you are happy with your current setup I wouldn't move to the HUB in router mode.

    I'm VM would want you to be happy using there hub 5 in router mode but we see how long that will last

    Stick with what you have. WiFi 6 is very unlikely to have better range than WiFi 5 and does not work at a great distance. 
    "separate wifi network with a different IP range?" No. If you use a different SSID it will be on the same IP subnet as existing system. If you use your own router this would be possible using a VLAN, but I don’t see  why you need it. If you do not use a VLAN and use another IP range you get into the scenario of double NAT and the need for another DHCP server.
