Should 1gig hub5 have a 3.1 upstream

Hi all. 

After reading a few posts. It would seem people on the 1gig service have a 3.1 upstream channel. 

I currently do not have a 3.1 upstream channel at all.

Is this normal I have attached a photo of the network status page 

Also the cable modem status says type DOCSIS 3.0 surely it should read DOCSIS 3.1

    Typically...

    1) CATV connections (that are Coax to the home) do the have 1 DOCSIS 3.1 Upstream channel

    2) RFoG connection (that are Fibre to the home) do not have a DOCSIS 3.1 Upstream channel
