Service Keeps Going Off But System Says No Issues
Hi All,
Wonder if anyone can help, we have recently had Virgin Media Full Fibre and it keep going off.
When I check the serer status it says nothing wrong but I have no broadband at all.
I do the unplug etc etc and nothing works, then 2-6 hours later its back on.
Been a customer for around 4 weeks and it has gone off at least 5 or more times already.
I have had an engineer out and he says everything is working OK but can not explain why it keeps going off.
