Service Keeps Going Off But System Says No Issues

Hi All,

Wonder if anyone can help, we have recently had Virgin Media Full Fibre and it keep going off.

When I check the serer status it says nothing wrong but I have no broadband at all.

I do the unplug etc etc and nothing works, then 2-6 hours later its back on.

Been a customer for around 4 weeks and it has gone off at least 5 or more times already.

I have had an engineer out and he says everything is working OK but can not explain why it keeps going off.

    Couple of things...

    Check for known local issues, call the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.  See if anything is reported there

    Also, are your issues only evident on wifi connections or do you see them at the same times on devices connected on ethernet cables?  If you don't know, can you check on one to help diagnose whether it is just a wifi connection issue or it could be network connection/Hub related - and report back.
