Router stuck saying Update In Progress

Installed a new router today.  Got text message saying the router has been activated.  But every time I switch it on, it just says Update In Progress!!!

Getting very frustrated as there is no way to get in touch with Tech Support to fix the issue.  I'm so ready to cancel with VM and find another provider!!!
