Returned from holiday and Wifii pods not longer work!

Hi, Away for 3 weeks over xmas & NY, returned and Wifii pods not working or very very slow. Ran the connect app and tested all. Router good. Access to podss fine but signal showing very poor. What has changed while I was away and nobody using wifii?

    Can you try to perform a reset on the WiFi Pods please as this can be a quick fix?
