Good afternoon. As the user name suggests I am acting on my Mum's behalf. Mum is no longer able to contact you herself and I hold full Power of Attorney for her affairs. I have cancelled her contract and need to return her equipment. I just want to make arrangements for her equipment to be collected from a different address. How can I do this please? Thank you
