Return equipment and service issue
I have been with Virgin for many years, the service is shocking, and only gets worse, and much more expensive. I have just changed my package to Essential Broadband only, after my constant complaints about some of my services not working for days or even weeks, are constantly ignored. When I phone, the customer service is soul destroying and takes forever, with no resolution at the end of the call. So now I have had messages to send the Tivo box back, I am disabled, ordered, and have just received a box (a week later) and now I am expected to take it to a Yodel store. I have looked at the local Yodel stores, and I cannot get to the nearest one, it is too far away, and not on any bus route. I have nobody to take it to any store, and am unable to take it myself. Once again, Virgin is a waste of time and money, and causing nothing but problems for me. If they want the box, they will have to send someone to collect it from my home. Also, how about a refund for services I have been unable to use over the past year especially?
