my Ring doorbell keeps disconnecting from the wifi due to poor signal.
So I need to keep re-booting the hub, but I can't do this when I am in work.
So I end up with my Ring doorbell & camera not working, is there a way to restart the hub remotely?
or does anyone know what else I can do?

You can fix the problem by getting a more stable wifi router with 1Gb ports and put hub in modem mode
A better router is the ideal solution, but the problem you have can usually be solved by separating the SSIDs for the two wifi bands and then resetting those devices.
If the signal is really poor then you can fit a wifi extender.

As you are discovering restarting the Hub is not solving the lack of Wi-Fi coverage.
