Replacement Hub - waiting

How frustrating spending 20minutes going through the phone options trying to speak to a human! The worst customer service call.

i have been waiting for a replacement broadband box for month and which has been sent twice… apparently i need this new box to see if the coverage is better before i can have any pods. My WiFi struggles to reach my bedroom. 

I’ve never been so frustrated to try and speak to someone regarding my broadband account! 
HELP!!

    Unless you have a defective VM Hub, expect a change of VM Hub to have a minimal effect on Wi-Fi coverage.

    A home Wi-Fi mesh / network to get the TVs, iPhones, Games consoles working well can be a seriously good investment and bring to an end the endless gripes about connectivity issues.
