Replace pods

Hi my husband has just received a black pod to boost the internet and I have called Virgin to request a second pod however I have asked if we can get the black one replaced to white one but was told it won't be possible. I have 2 kids and I can't keep the black pod on the plug with the cable hanging. It is not practical and they will eventually hit the pod. The socket in below in our dining area which means the pod will be on the floor. Can this be look at please? Can I change the existing black one to white pod and send me a second white pod also.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

    If we have sent the Black Pod, then this would be correct for the tier of service you're on and we wouldn't be able to swap them out sadly.
