Hi, I have ordered a broadband it has a arrived now. I have now tried to register my account many times and it keep saying 'Oops something went wrong... please try again later'. In addition to this I have ordered a 512Mbps and when we are in different room its 8Mbps so we want to get a booster because the Wi-Fi is so poor. Does anyone know how to deal with this? I've been trying for days now and considering on cancelling my contract because the disappointing customer service.
