Red Power Light

The power light on my Hub 3 is constantly red and has been for some time.  The unit feels hot to the touch and I am concerned that it is overheating. I have tried the recommended power off/on and reset options on numerous occasions but the light remains red each time.  Can the unit be replaced please?

    Sorry to hear of the red LED issues with your Hub, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

     

    The red LED can indicate an overheating Hub, we'd ask you to follow these steps:

    • Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

    • Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight, if possible.

    If the Hub is overly warm to touch we'd ask to not leave it unattended but it may also just be a faulty LED on the hub.
