Red light showing constantly on hub

Dear Virgin Media. Red light on hub constantly, having to restart or reset more often as broadband drops. Searching on this issue suggests overheating, though my hub was a at same location for many years. Does this hub need replacing?   PS I did try and speak to someone, but am giving up after 90 minutes of hanging on chats.

  • On posting this I got a response from a human on WhatsApp. VM sending a technician to check the hub and also a TV related issue 🤞
