Red Light on Virgin Media Hub 3

Hello,

Could somebody contact me from VM about the constant red light on my Virgin Media Hub 3 please.

I've noticed it has been constantly red for about 3 weeks now and thought nothing of it as everything works just fine around the house. I've just done a hard factory reset with the pin hole and the light still remains red. The box feels ever so slightly warm but nothing significant.

My wife is on the priority service for the phone as she is disabled, so we could do with a change of hub please without any downtime as our internet/phone is essential.
