Red led on sh3

Nello

Since about 3pm today, ( 20 Oct 2024) , the Superhub 3 is on a constant red led. Have reset the box many times, phone virging, and they say no issues. The box has more than adequate airflow. It was good last night and this morning.

When trying to get help with virgin to speak to someone I could not get through.

Can someone help please, but ive done everything thats not been said on here. So maybe the hub has gone down.

    Is my Hub 3 hot or not ?

    To check login in to the Hub 3 menu at http://192.168.0.1/ 
    use the numeric Hub password from the bottom side label.   ( this is not the Wi-Fi password )

    Run the Network diagnostic tool

    Scroll down through the results and find the Temperature entry.   Is it:  Normal  ?

    Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the red light on the hub.

    I'd be happy to pick this up for you and seek to have a new hub sent out for you, with the assistance of an engineer - who will also remove the faulty hub for us.
