Re: Red light on Virgin Media Hub
Hi, I have the issue with a red light on my router too. About two weeks ago the light gradually changed from white to amber and is now red. I have checked the position/ventilation of the router which is exactly as it has been for years ; I have done a reboot and a pin reset but the light is still red. Please can someone contact me to arrange an engineer ?
