Re: Red light on Virgin Media Hub

I'm experiencing the same problem. Red light has been on for the last few weeks and it is hot to touch. Our WiFi connection has got worse it keeps coming on/off. I have done all the recommended steps including restarting the device but nothing helps. Could someone please get back to me to so we could sort this out? Thank you.
