    Snajix   You are replying to a thread that is over a year old.  It would be best if you started your own new thread, as your question may get lost in this old one.

  • Hi Snajix, it looks like it's been previously advised that other users have attempted factory resets to have this resolved.

    Have you attempted this diagnostic also?
