I saw some VM engineers have a poke around the main Xgs-pon cabinet again and lo and behold bidb.uk reckons Mustang has just gone live in the hood
Do I win a prize for being first?

The VM website confirms it
New Mustang customers in the street are offered Gig2 for £55 with the upload speed add-on at £6 a month automatically added as part of the headline price of £61. Whether that £6 can be removed later in the order I'm not sure but I assume the automatic inclusion of it up front is to make the billing side a bit more straightforward for VM's antiquated billing systems (and if you go for Gig2 I suppose you are likely to want it all anyway).
It just can't be ordered as an existing customer naturally...
