Problems in cardiff?

Hi, after 3 years of nearly perfect service it's really went down the pan today.

Getting a lot of disconnects, weirdly seems to be when i try to upload files .

Lots of messages in the log:

  • I'm in Cardiff and I am fine. All the same check for local faults on 0800 561 0061.

it was saying before that there were signal issues in the area. and come back in 16 hours etc if you're still having problems. however, it has disconnected again and it's saying everything is fine.

definitely something screwed with the local network, getting these kind of messages in the log: RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power in Excess of 6 dB Below the Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW. its been fine for 3 years so i don't know whats happened to break it. neighbours are also reporting issues.

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web service status page, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.

VM will not dispatch any technicians while an area fault exists.

        If no area faults found:

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
